An adaptive knowledge test allows you to evaluate your customers' knowledge at the onboarding stage in order to personalize the experience for your clients. If you use this module as a combination with the MiFIDprofiler module, in which your clients' knowledge is already assessed via a questionnaire, this step of our financial education application will be optional.
Based on your clients' answers to the financial knowledge test, your client is invited to discover financial products whose mechanisms he or she has not yet mastered.
When this module is combined with the MiFIDprofiler module, it is possible to highlight in the application only those financial products that correspond to the client's risk profile.
The list of these products can be customized to your products.
Each lesson consists of an infographic, an illustrated article and it ends with a knowledge validation test.
