NEUROPROFILER NG (‘We’ or ‘Us’) may collect and process personal data from its users (‘Users’ or ‘You’) when you request additional information or a demonstration through this website (neuroprofiler.com). NEUROPROFILER NG provides a website (neuroprofiler.com) containing information intended to explain and present the various products that Neuroprofiler markets.

NEUROPROFILER NG is responsible for the processing of data that may be collected on the website (neuroprofiler.com).

As such, NEUROPROFILER NG undertakes to protect your personal data, not to pass them on to third parties without your knowledge and to respect the purposes for which your data was collected.

NEUROPROFILER NG has a legitimate interest in the processing of personal data. These interests lie in customer development.

In this respect, we collect information on professionals who have entered their details on our website and who are therefore likely to be interested in the solution in the context of a request for additional information or a demonstration.

An asterisk indicates that the data entered is mandatory in order to complete these requests.

  • Company*
  • E-mail address*
  • Telephone number
  • The Neuroprofiler products in which the user is interested*.
  • A text message containing any information that the user wishes to provide in connection with the request made.

4. Recipient of the data

Under no circumstances will your personal data be sold or shared with a third party.

The following will have access to your personal data:

  • Authorised staff of our company;
  • Our sub-contractors: hosting service provider;
  • Where applicable: public and private bodies, exclusively to meet our legal obligations.

5. Purposes

The personal data collected by NEUROPROFILER NG in its capacity as Manager in the context of a request for additional information or a demonstration about the products and services marketed by Neuroprofiler are used according to the purposes below.

On the basis of legitimate interest:

  • To respond to a request for additional information made via a contact form
  • To organise and prepare a demonstration of the products or services requested by the user.

6. Duration and storage of data

Your personal data may be stored in our databases, which are located within the European Union (in France) at our hosting provider OVH https://www.ovhcloud.com/fr/.

Personal data is stored for a period of two (2) years from the date of collection.

7. Users’ rights

In accordance with the regulations in force, you have the following rights with regard to your personal data:

  • Right to information: this is precisely why we have drawn up this policy. This right is provided for in Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR.
  • Right of access: you have the right to access all your personal data at any time, in accordance with article 15 of the RGPD.
  • Right of rectification: you have the right to rectify inaccurate, incomplete or obsolete personal data at any time, in accordance with article 16 of the GDPR.
  • Right to limitation: you have the right to obtain the limitation of the processing of your personal data in certain cases defined in Article 18 of the GDPR.
  • Right to erasure: you have the right to demand that your personal data be erased, and to prohibit any future collection on the grounds set out in Article 17 of the GDPR.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL), if you consider that the processing of your personal data constitutes a breach of the applicable texts, in accordance with article 77 of the GDPR.
  • The right to define directives relating to the conservation, deletion and communication of your personal data after your death.
  • Right to withdraw your consent at any time: for purposes based on consent, Article 7 of the GDPR states that you may withdraw your consent at any time. This withdrawal will not call into question the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
  • Right to portability: under certain conditions specified in article 20 of the RGPD, you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a standard machine-readable format and to request that it be transferred to the recipient of your choice.
  • Right to object: under Article 21 of the GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. Please note, however, that we may continue to process your data despite this objection, for legitimate reasons or to defend legal claims.
